Mark is an experienced litigator who is licensed in Texas, New York and Washington DC as well as at the federal level in the Southern District of Texas, the Fifth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also licensed as a solicitor in England and Wales
Mark’s experience is concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation (especially business-to-business breach of contract, unfair competition, and partnership/breach of fiduciary duty claims) and appellate practice.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, Mark is an arbitrator in the USA for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National Futures Association.
