You may qualify for NZIAC’s fixed fee arbitration service.
Under the EIA60 Arbitration Rules, NZIAC offers a fixed fee arbitration process for monetary claims under $100,000 which are of limited complexity.


To qualify, your case must be limited to no more than three issues in dispute and meet NZIAC’s terms and conditions for the fixed fee arbitration scheme, including the agreement by the parties to arbitrate under the NZIAC EIA60 Abitration Rules.
